She combines corporate and transactional advice with support for companies operating in regulated markets. She also gained experience as an in-house lawyer at companies in the energy, financial and new technology sectors.
Energa S.A.: capacity market and management board liability
She was a member of the HWW team advising Energa S.A. on its participation in the supplementary capacity market auction for 2029. The work covered an assessment of the mechanism’s compliance with EU state aid rules and an analysis of the liability of management board members. According to the firm’s published description, the Energa Group’s revenues in 2029 from the contracts concluded may amount to approximately PLN 656.22 million. Polska Spółka Gazownictwa: support for a distribution system operator
HWW’s energy law practice includes work for Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o., the gas distribution system operator. This experience complements the firm’s advice on the electricity and heat markets.
Companies, M&A and contracts
She supports businesses in their day-to-day operations, in mergers and acquisitions and in company transformations. She advises management boards and shareholders on corporate matters, drafts and negotiates contracts, and represents clients in corporate disputes.
Electricity, gas, heat and flexibility
She advises on regulatory, licensing and contractual matters, supports the activities of energy companies and the development of renewable energy projects, and represents clients before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE) and the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection (SOKiK). In the area of waste heat, she works on the legal conditions for recovering and using heat, on contracts and settlements, and on the allocation of risk between project participants. Her practice also covers flexibility services.
Disputes and commercial mediation
As a Polish advocate, she represents clients in corporate and regulatory disputes and supports them in negotiations. As a court mediator, she conducts commercial mediations, helping the parties reach an agreement. In that role she acts impartially.
Expert activity and initiatives
She is the founder and President of the Management Board of the European Foundation for Energy Transformation (Europejska Fundacja Energetycznej Transformacji, EFET). One of the Foundation’s projects is TransakcjeOZE, a platform presenting energy projects together with data and tools that support market research. About the Foundation (in Polish).
In 2026 she was elected to the Presidium of the Sectoral Competence Council for the Energy sector, Renewable Energy Sources (RES). Announcement of the election.
She is also a member of the Energy Law Section of the Warsaw Bar Council (Okręgowa Rada Adwokacka w Warszawie) and of the Energy Flexibility Association “FLEX” (Stowarzyszenie Elastyczności Energetycznej „FLEX”). ORA Section (in Polish), FLEX (in Polish).

She writes and comments on legal issues in, among others, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, Rzeczpospolita, Parkiet, Prawo.pl and GLOBEnergia. Her analyses focus on the practical consequences of regulation, on contracts and on dispute resolution.
