Where you will work
Internships run in three departments. See what the work involves in each , and pick yours in the form.
Tax Department
Work alongside tax advisers on real client matters , from day-to-day advice to disputes. You draft opinions and tax notes, analyse rulings and case law, assist in tax proceedings and audits, and support the tax planning of Polish and international clients.
Litigation Department
See litigation from the inside , from the statement of claim, through the hearing, to arbitration. You draft pleadings, run research and case-file analysis, take part in contact with courts and authorities, and help build the dispute strategy alongside experienced litigators.
Corporate & Energy Department
Two worlds in one team , day-to-day corporate work and transactions (companies, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence) and the dynamic energy and renewables sector (grid connections, regulation, investment projects). You draft memos, resolutions and agreements, run research and liaise with registry courts and regulators.
