Specialist in criminal and fiscal criminal law - specialises in defence in criminal cases, with particular focus on firearms-related cases, white-collar crime, and fiscal criminal proceedings. He represents clients at every stage of criminal proceedings - from the initial actions of law enforcement, through preparatory proceedings, to court trials in cases of the highest gravity. He combines criminal law practice with experience in restructuring and tax law, enabling him to comprehensively handle cases at the intersection of criminal and business law.

Combining legal education with practical experience as a shooting instructor, he possesses a unique specialisation in cases involving the use of firearms. He represents clients in criminal cases involving firearms - including cases of self-defence, exceeding the limits of self-defence, and involuntary manslaughter - as well as in proceedings concerning the revocation of firearms permits and regulatory matters. As a member of disciplinary committees of a sports association, disciplinary prosecutor of the largest shooting organisation in Poland, and a representative in parliamentary working groups on firearms possession, he has an in-depth understanding of the shooting community and the regulations governing the possession and use of firearms in Poland.

White-collar crime and corporate disputes

He conducts defence in cases involving acting to the detriment of a company, business fraud, money laundering, and managerial offences. He represents clients in corporate conflicts, including disputes between shareholders, cases concerning the liability of management board members, and the protection of minority shareholders’ rights.

Fiscal criminal proceedings and tax disputes

He represents clients in proceedings conducted by tax authorities and the prosecutor’s office, from the stage of audits and inspections through to court proceedings. His experience in tax law enables him to effectively defend in cases where fiscal criminal charges arise from interpretative disputes with tax authorities.

Restructuring advisor

He serves as an administrator and receiver of the bankruptcy estate in insolvency and restructuring proceedings. His experience in restructurings enables clients to effectively carry out transformation processes and manage difficult financial situations.

Lecturer and author

He lectures at graduate and postgraduate MBA programmes and regularly appears as a speaker at industry training courses and conferences. He is the author of a book on legal asset protection and has published extensively in prestigious corporate and tax journals.

Education & admissions

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and MBA management studies at Lazarski University in Warsaw. He graduated from the School of British and European Law run by the British Law Centre and the University of Cambridge, and from the “International Business and Trade Summer Law Program” organized by the Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C., together with Jagiellonian University. He is currently registered on the list of attorneys kept by the District Bar Council in Warsaw, the list of restructuring advisors kept by the Minister of Justice and the list of tax advisors kept by the National Chamber of Tax Advisors.
