Attorney with an LL.M. degree. He combines corporate and commercial advice with many years of experience in the energy sector, where he headed the legal department of a leading energy trading company. He advises businesses on day-to-day operations, contracts, transactions and disputes, with particular focus on the energy and TMT sectors.
Energy and TMT sector
For many years he served as head of the legal department at one of the leading companies on the TPA (Third Party Administrator) market, specialising in electricity trading. He managed a legal team providing comprehensive services to energy companies, including entities trading in electricity, gaseous fuels and renewable energy. This in-house experience allows him to advise clients from the energy and TMT (technology, media, telecommunications) sectors from the perspective of a practitioner who knows the operational realities of the market. He is also a respected speaker at training courses and conferences devoted to the energy industry.
Corporate and commercial law
He advises companies on day-to-day corporate matters, shareholder relations and the functioning of corporate bodies, as well as on negotiating commercial and investment agreements. He supports businesses in transactions and projects that require combining a legal perspective with a business one.
Civil law, litigation and arbitration
He represents clients in civil and commercial disputes at every stage of court proceedings. He serves as an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration of the Blockchain and New Technologies Chamber of Commerce, which links his litigation practice with experience in new technologies.
Education & admissions
He is a law graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. He completed an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law (Illinois, USA), obtaining the degree of Legum Magister (Master of Laws). He is registered on the list of attorneys maintained by the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
