Nikolai Hewelt has many years of experience in legal, tax and restructuring consulting. On a daily basis, he supports entrepreneurs in complex transformation processes, litigation and projects requiring a strategic approach. His practice includes, among other things, advising on crisis situations, restructurings and optimization of business models.
For years, he has been actively involved in the development of the business community and initiatives related to the MBA community, sharing knowledge and experience and supporting the development of leaders and entrepreneurs.
Lazarski Executive Club is an initiative that brings together graduates of MBA programs with the aim of building a strong community based on relationships, exchange of experiences and creation of valuable business projects.
