- the planned abolition of penalties for technical errors in payments (VAT White List, split payment) and increases in excise duty in 2026,
- the amendment to the Act on the National Cybersecurity System (implementation of NIS2), new obligations for critical and important entities, and severe financial penalties,
- changes to sick leave checks and Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) case law, restrictions on powers of attorney in housing cooperatives, and the launch of the eUmowy system on praca.gov.pl.
