How it works

How the form of taxation is selected

The form of taxation shapes the burden for the whole year, so the decision deserves to be taken knowingly rather than by default. Four steps.

  1. Situation and objectives

We establish the current situation, the revenues and the growth plans of the business.

  2. Comparison of the variants

We set the available forms of taxation side by side, with their consequences and risks.

  3. Recommendation

We indicate the variant best matched to the objectives, together with the reasons.

  4. Implementation steps

We describe what has to be done should you decide on a change.

Who this service is for

The form of taxation decides the real burden carried by a business throughout the year, and is nonetheless often chosen by reflex. The service is for entrepreneurs who want to take that decision knowingly: when starting an activity, ahead of a new tax year, or when the business grows and the current variant stops paying off.

What you receive

We prepare a report that sets the available forms of taxation side by side with their consequences and risks, and then recommends the variant matched to your objectives. The report closes with a clear plan of steps, so that should you decide on a change, the next moves are known. The implementation itself, for instance of Estonian corporate income tax, we conduct as a separate service.

Price and scope

The fee starts from EUR 1400 net and covers, as an example, one business activity and a comparison of several forms, such as personal income tax, the lump-sum regime, corporate income tax and Estonian corporate income tax. A larger number of variants or a more complex situation raises the price, and we confirm the fee before the work starts.

What the fee depends on

  • Type of business activity and scale of revenues
  • Number of variants analysed and complexity of the situation
  • Whether growth plans and changes in the structure are taken into account

We agree the fee individually, at an hourly rate or as a flat fee, and confirm it before we start.
