Booking takes a minute. We hold the slot straight away, and the confirmation and meeting link arrive by email. You pay against a proforma invoice by transfer, or online right away, whichever suits you.

Frequently asked questions
How long is it and what does it cost?
One hour. There is a single price: PLN 600 net, that is PLN 738 gross, whatever the field of law. You pay before the consultation: by transfer against a proforma invoice, or straight away at booking via Przelewy24.
Who will run the consultation?
We match the lawyer to the field you select at booking and give you their name in the confirmation. If you want a specific person, you can choose them in the calendar before you fill in the form.
Can I change or cancel the time?
Yes. Write to kancelaria@hww.pl and we will arrange a new time. Changes and refunds are governed by the Terms of legal consultations, linked next to the booking form.
What if you cannot take my matter?
If it turns out that the matter is subject to a conflict of interest or falls outside what we do, we tell you before the meeting. No consultation takes place, and anything already paid is refunded. If nothing has been paid yet, the proforma invoice is cancelled.
Online or in person?
You choose the format when booking: online via Microsoft Teams or at our office at ul. Łucka 18 in Warsaw.
What if I do not pay in time?
The consultation then does not take place and we cancel the proforma invoice. We do not pursue payment for a meeting that did not happen. You are welcome to book a new time on the usual terms.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. If you settle by proforma invoice, you first receive the proforma to pay, and a VAT invoice once the transfer is booked. With online payment we issue the VAT invoice after payment.
How should I prepare?
Briefly describe your matter and prepare any relevant documents. This helps us make the best use of the meeting time.
What if my matter requires document analysis?
We do not analyse documents or prepare a written opinion during the consultation itself. If your matter requires that, we will discuss the scope of such an analysis at the meeting, and propose its cost for your approval.
Is my matter kept confidential?
Yes. Our lawyers are bound by professional secrecy, and we process data in accordance with GDPR.
