Konrad Mlynkiewicz is a legal counselor, for more than a dozen years advising on administrative law, including the broad practice of real estate law, public law and personal data protection. Konrad Mlynkiewicz is a comprehensive consultancy in investment processes, in particular servicing the real estate development industry throughout the construction process. He provides advice at every stage of construction projects, both for individual entities and in complex real estate projects, such as construction, commercialization sale of shopping centers, manufacturing plants, warehouses, office buildings and residential developments. To date, he has conducted and supervised comprehensive audits of companies and properties (due diligence) with a total transaction value of several hundred million euros.
He supports investors in identifying legal risks and opportunities to minimize them in RES construction projects. Performed legal audits of construction investment projects involving the construction of photovoltaic farms with a capacity of several hundred MW. He represents the Firm's clients in proceedings before the Supreme Administrative Court, provincial administrative courts and district courts in cases involving, among others: decisions on land development conditions, on building permits, environmental decisions, perpetual usufruct and others related to the construction process.He also provides legal services to local government units, state companies, companies of local government units and professional self-governments. Attorney Mlynkiewicz is the author of hundreds of legal opinions in the field of administrative law and covering the issues of local and professional self-government, including legal opinions prepared at the request of public administration bodies and local self-government units.He has carried out a number of training courses on construction law and the housing speculative law (the so-called "lex deweloper"), including for developers and public administration employees, as well as for in-service training of legal advisors.
As a leading specialist in matters of housing projects carried out on the basis of the housing speculative law, he has repeatedly advised clients seeking a determination on the location of housing projects. He is also the author of numerous press publications including. for Rzeczpospolita, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, Puls Biznesu, Nieruchomości, as well as co-author of Commentary to the Law on Investment Funds and Commentary to the Statute of the Polish Hunting Association.
