We provide consulting services in all types of real estate projects at all stages. Among other things, we offer our clients a detailed analysis of the legal status of real estate, the establishment and abolition of limited rights on real estate, as well as the negotiation and preparation of various contracts, including sale, lease or rental agreements. As part of real estate law, we are involved in litigation, including representing clients in land and mortgage register proceedings.

We advise and represent clients in real estate matters:

  • Obtaining development conditions and construction permits,
  • Establishment of easements or mortgages,
  • Making division and transformation of land plots,
  • Obtaining confirmation of real estate acquisition,
  • Preparing and negotiating lease agreements,
  • carrying out the removal of joint ownership,
  • Conducting legal audits of real estate.
