Specializations in which students have the opportunity to train during the internship include: corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, litigation and arbitration, tax law, energy law.

Paid internship in the Corporate Law Department

Requirements:

  • 4th or 5th year law student;
  • Knowledge of the provisions of the Commercial Companies Code;
  • Experience in handling entrepreneurs and corporate entities is welcome;
  • High interpersonal skills and personal culture;
  • Welcome: very good knowledge of lang. English (B2 level);
  • Commitment to assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing assistance in serving the law firm's clients;
  • legal research;
  • Contact with Courts, Offices and other institutions;
  • Drafting memoranda, applications and other letters.
